All Hallows has two halls and a room in the Church (Choir Vestry) that may be hired for functions.  It also has ample parking in a car park surrounding the hall which can hold up to 120 cars.

Main Hall
The Main Hall is a large sized room with a separate kitchen, which has a hatch to the Main Hall.  There are 115 chairs available to the hirer as well as 14 large tables.  

The hall is ideal for large groups and can accommodate up to 120 people.  The hall also has a stage. 
The hall is big enough to fit a badminton court.  There are cloakrooms for men and women including a separate facility for the disabled.  A baby-changing station is also available.

Long Room
The Long Room is a rectangular area, which also has cloakrooms and has an option for making tea and coffee.  This room holds up to 40 people comfortably and is suitable for small parties, meetings or small groups.

Choir Vestry
The Choir Vestry is situated at the East End (back door) of the Church.  It can hold up to 20 people comfortably and would suit a small meeting or a music practice session.  This room has a whiteboard and a piano, with a small kitchen area for making tea and coffee (it has a microwave) and a separate toilet.
 
Usage
Types of function that the halls are used for include large events such as receptions and parties, fitness groups, social clubs and, most popularly, children’s parties.

The closing time of the hall is 10:00pm.  All cleaning up is to be completed by 10.30pm.  The halls are not licensed for the sale of alcohol, for public music and dancing or for public performances (this means no sale of tickets at the door.), but has a CCLI licence for use of music for private bookings.

The following rates are current as of January 2010.  Please contact the office on the details below for bookings in December 2009.

Returnable Deposit
        A £100 returnable deposit is required for all bookings.

The booking includes 1/2 hour either side for setting up and clearing away - (for example:  your paid booking is from 2-4pm, but you will be let into the hall/room by the caretaker at 1.30pm and he will return to lock up after you at 4.30pm)

Where bookings are hourly, we cannot offer 1/2 hour sessions - a whole hour has to be booked and paid for.

Please note: when there is an event at the RFU, we do not necessarily offer car parking, access to the facilities will be restricted and the hire rate will reflect the high demand for facilities in the area.
