On Sunday 23rd May, the Feast of Pentecost, seven members of the congregation at All Hallows were confirmed by the Bishop of Kensington, the Right Reverend Paul Williams. On Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September All Hallows celebrated Open House Weekend.
The doors were opened its doors to a steady stream of visitors who took the opportunity to look around the church and learning something of its fascinating history.

On Sunday 14th June we said ‘Goodbye!’ to Mother Hannah with a BBQ held in her honour.  We spent the afternoon enjoying the weather, and some good company and good food.  At one point it looked like a BBQ showdown with the 4 barbeques on the go, with ‘the chefs’ serving up sausages, burgers, chicken [...]

On Sunday 7th June All Hallows church welcomed The Right Reverend Paul Williams, Bishop of Kensington, to confirm 10 candidates from the congregation: Vanessa, Robert, Grace, Naomi, Edward, Naomi, Edward, Emma, Thomas and Lisa. All Hallows held its annual Christingle service on Saturday 13th December. The service celebrated the coming of light into the world in the form of Jesus. It was followed by a party in the hall, which was enjoyed by one and all. Please click below to see photos of these events.
 

As part of All Hallows’ Advent series on the Eucharist, the Revd Julie Gittoes, vicar of All Saints’ Church Hampton, spoke on Monday 8th December. She provided a very thought-provoking presentation on the relationship between the Eucharist and the mission of the Church. You can read her talk by clicking on the link below.

All Hallows held its annual requiem service on 9th November. The moving and solemn occassion provided an opportunity for us to remember and honour those who have died, and especially those who lost their lives in war. All Hallows celebrated its annual pet blessing service on Sunday 5th October. An assorted array of donkeys, dogs, cats, budgies, teddy bears and even some humans packed the church to demonstrate the glorious diversity, colours and sounds of God’s creation.
